Spaces are organized areas where you can manage activities for specific children or purposes. For example, you might create a space for 'Sarah's School Activities' or 'Family Events'.
To create a space:
1. Click 'Create Space' from the dashboard or navigation menu
2. Enter a name and description
3. Optionally add an image URL
4. Select a space type (Class or Family Calendar)
5. A unique 8-character join code will be generated
To join a space:
1. Click 'Join Space' and enter the 8-character join code
2. Your request will be sent to the space manager for approval
3. Once approved, you'll have access to the space
Space managers can approve or reject join requests, manage members, and assign roles within the space.
