Parent Assistant uses a role-based permission system:
Administrator (Admin):
• Full system access
• Can manage all users and spaces
• Can promote users to admin or manager
• Access to admin dashboard
Manager:
• Can create and manage spaces
• Can approve join requests
• Can manage members within their spaces
• Can edit and delete activities in their spaces
User:
• Can view and create activities in spaces they belong to
• Can join spaces with approval
• Cannot create new spaces
You can request manager privileges from your Profile page if you need to create spaces.
